Buying
What is a receipt photo booth?
A small self-service photo booth that prints guests' photos on receipt paper or sticker paper.
What is in the box?
Printer, Samsung tablet, adapters and power supply, the Receipt Booth app and 2 paper rolls.
How big is it?
23.5 x 23.5 x 24.5 cm.
Which plug and voltage?
100 to 240V. Choose a US, UK, EU or AU plug when you order.
Can I use my own logo?
Yes, you can customise the print templates with your own logo and branding.
Renting (Singapore)
What does it cost to rent?
In Singapore, rental is S$400 per event day. Multi-day hire: S$400 per day. Rental is not available outside Singapore.
Do you rent outside Singapore?
Rental is Singapore-only at the moment.
Paper
How much does paper cost?
Receipt paper S$20 a roll, sticker paper S$30. About 200 to 400 prints per roll.
How long does paper last?
About 200 to 400 prints per roll, depending on layout.
Shipping, warranty and returns
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide, and we deliver in Singapore.
What does the warranty cover?
6 months on the booth and printer, valid internationally. The Samsung tablet is covered by Samsung.
Is the tablet covered?
The Samsung tablet is covered by Samsung's own warranty. The 6-month warranty covers the booth and printer.
Can I return it?
We do not accept returns, so check your colour and plug type before ordering.
