Refunds and returns

We do not accept returns. Please confirm your colour, plug type (US, UK, EU or AU) and any other questions before ordering. We are happy to help at receiptbooth@gmail.com.

Warranty

Every Receipt Booth comes with a 6-month warranty, valid internationally. It covers the booth and the printer, and everything we make or supply, except the Samsung tablet. The tablet is covered by Samsung's own warranty, so please contact Samsung directly about tablet faults.

Rentals

Rentals in Singapore have their own terms, including no cancellations and one reschedule if requested at least 14 days before the event. See the rental terms.
