Photo booth rental in Singapore: what it costs and what's included

Rental is Singapore only. Outside Singapore you can buy a Receipt Booth, and we ship worldwide.
If you are planning an event in Singapore, you probably want to know two things about a photo booth rental: what it costs and what you get. Here are our prices and what is included, in plain terms.
Singapore rental price: S$400 per event day
Singapore rental pricing is S$400 per event day. That is the rental fee for one day of your event. Every figure on this page is Singapore rental pricing, in Singapore dollars (SGD). Rental is available in Singapore only.
Receipt Booth is a receipt photo booth: a compact, self-service booth that prints guests' photos on receipt paper or sticker paper. If you have not seen one before, read what a receipt photo booth is.
What is included
Your rental includes the booth itself: a printer, a Samsung tablet, adapters and a power supply, and the Receipt Booth app. It also includes one receipt paper roll.
One roll prints about 200 to 400 photos, depending on the layout you use. The booth is self-service, so there is no attendant, and it is plug and play, so there is no technician and no complicated setup. Plug it in at your venue and guests can start.
Want your names, event name or logo on the print? Ask us about a custom print template when you send your enquiry.
Two ways to get the booth
Self-collection. Pick up the booth the day before your event and return it the day after. There is no extra charge for this. Singapore self-collection rentals include a S$100 refundable deposit, which is returned after the event.
Delivery. For Singapore rentals we deliver for S$50 each way, so S$100 for delivery and collection. Delivery and collection happen between 9 am and 9 pm.
How to pay
Payment is by PayNow only, for the rental fee and the deposit.
How booking works
- Send your event date and venue through the rental enquiry form.
- We reply by email.
- Self-collect the day before, or choose delivery.
- Plug in at your event and let guests use it. It is self-service.
- Return it the day after your event.
Changing your plans
We do not accept cancellations. You can reschedule once, if you ask at least 14 days before your event. The renter pays for damage. The full list is on the rental terms page, so read it before you book.
A worked example
Singapore rental pricing for a wedding on a Saturday, collected on Friday and returned on Sunday:
- Rental fee: S$400 for the one event day.
- Self-collection: free, so the Singapore rental cost is S$400, plus the S$100 deposit you get back.
- Delivery instead: add S$100 for delivery and collection, so the Singapore rental cost is S$500.
Ask us about the deposit for delivered rentals.
Who rents it
Couples renting for a wedding, teams planning a corporate event or brand activation, and hosts planning a birthday or private party. Brands including Wilson, Kate Spade, Onitsuka Tiger, Universal Music and Fila have used Receipt Booth, and you can see them on our clients page.
Is it better to buy?
If you host events often or want a booth in your café or shop, buying can make more sense than renting each time. See the current price on the Receipt Booth product page. Our rent or buy page lays out the comparison.

Questions we hear before booking
Is the price per hour or per day? Per event day. Singapore rental pricing of S$400 covers your event day, and self-collection runs from the day before to the day after at no extra charge.
Do I need to stay with the booth? No. It is self-service and plug and play, so guests can use it without help.
What if I need more paper? One roll prints about 200 to 400 photos, depending on layout. If you expect more guests than that, tell us about your event when you send your enquiry and we will advise by email.
Can I rent outside Singapore? No. Rental is Singapore only. If your event is elsewhere, you can buy a Receipt Booth, and we ship worldwide.
How to decide quickly
Ask yourself three things. How many event days do you need? Can you collect the booth the day before, or do you need delivery? Will you host more events later? One event usually points to renting. Regular events point to owning. Your numbers will differ, so use the rent or buy page and your own plans.
